If the package is damaged but the merchandise looks unaffected, note the damage on all delivery receipts before signing. Nankeen collects sales tax on purchases mailed to Rhode Island addresses. The individual purchaser is responsible for paying appropriate state and local sales tax on our non-taxed purchases.
