Shipping. During the checkout process you may choose a more
expedited method of FedEx shipping. Nankeen accepts orders
for international shipping anywhere in the world.

Here at Nankeen, the packaging of our items is another vital
part of the Nankeen experience. When you open your item, we
want you to truly have an experience to remember. Attention
to detail makes this possible.
Each item is
carefully pressed and prepared, then wrapped in tissue that
matches the exact color of the lining of that particular
item. Then the tissue is folded like a present, and sealed
with the Nankeen logo, in a crisp white box for you. For
gift items, we also include a hand-written note that you
create during checkout.

So when
you see that delivery truck pulling up your driveway, go
ahead, get excited, your Nankeen present is here.
returns and exchanges
Nankeen
is happy to replace a gift with another selection, or issue
a gift certificate or refund according to our guarantee
described on the customer care page.
To
return or exchange an item, please follow these simple
steps:
Repack
the gift in its original packaging, if possible, with the
packing slip.
Obtain a
return merchandise authorization (RMA) number by calling
Customer Service, 401-816-0826, weekdays between 9am - 5pm
EST.
Include
the RMA number in the following return shipping address:

For your
security, please return your gift with an insured courier
(e.g. FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt.
Nankeen is not responsible for items damaged or lost in
transit.
If you
are returning a gift because it is damaged or defective or
you did not receive the product ordered, Nankeen will
provide a prepaid return label.
