RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Our Guarantee
We guarantee all items for the useful life of the product.
As our guarantee says, “We do not want you to have anything
from Nankeen that is not completely
satisfactory.”
Returns
We will credit the credit card you used when you placed the
order.
Please refer to your packing slip (or see below) for
detailed instructions on what information to include with
your return.
If you do not have your packing slip, please follow these
steps:
1. Write a note explaining that you would like us to issue a
refund or credit the card originally charged.
2. Let us know why you are returning the item (for example;
wrong size, wrong item, didn't like the color, damaged in
transit, etc.).
3. Please provide an email address, fax number or telephone
number (specify day or evening) in case we have questions.
4. Ship your return to us via UPS of FedEX. We're sorry, we cannot
accept returns shipped via USPS at this time.

Exchanges
We’re sorry, we cannot accept exchange requests at this
time.
Receipts
We encourage you to include your receipt in order to help us
process your return more quickly. However, we’ll accept your
return without the original receipt. If you return an item
without a receipt, please help speed processing time by
telling us when you purchased the product.
